Information you provide
When online requests are enabled, the service request form asks for your name, phone number, email address, town or community, service interest, and a description of your needs. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss service. Please do not submit payment information or sensitive personal details.
Service requests and email
The form is not a confirmed booking. Online delivery remains unavailable until the email and spam-protection services are configured. When enabled, request details are sent through Resend, an email delivery provider, to Mountain Air’s designated inbox. An acceptance message means the email provider accepted the request; it does not guarantee inbox delivery or confirm an appointment.
Spam protection and hosting
The site is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare Workers and for Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection. When enabled, these services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser information, for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. Turnstile validation is performed on the server before a request is sent.
Cookies and analytics
This build does not include advertising trackers or analytics. Cloudflare services may process technical information necessary to operate and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Resend’s Privacy Policy for their practices.
Storage and sharing
The application does not store service requests in a website database. When delivery is enabled, request details may be retained in the company inbox and processed by the hosting and email providers. Information is used to handle your inquiry, not sold for advertising. A specific company retention period has not yet been established for publication.
Your questions and choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have submitted, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements. The company’s direct contact details will appear on the contact page once confirmed.

This policy may be updated as the website and its services change. The date above identifies the latest published revision.
